Get Acquainted
At C&C Homes, we really believe no idea is too big or small. During this first stage, we want to fully understand your vision before making it a reality. On our end, we stay available, value your needs first, and put in the time to communicate early and often—a commitment we’re always glad to make.
Design
As we flesh out your design concepts and preferences, we’ll create a unique, personalized design plan just for you. As husbands and fathers ourselves, we understand that cutting corners is not an option when it comes to your creative home vision (and your budget). That’s why we set expectations up front, maintain excellent communication through the entire construction process, and follow up often to keep you in the loop.
Construction
At C&C Homes, we make sure no client question goes unanswered. During our continued meetings, we’ll address your questions and concerns before breaking ground. In this stage, we’ll hammer out expectations, a realistic timetable, and other important details.
Move-in Day
Time to hand over the keys! At the end of the day, it’s not about the money—it’s about making sure that our clients can come home to place they’ve envisioned.
